My fiancé and I had a fantastic meal at this restaurant last night. The food was great. I am one to try sea scallops at different restaurants, and these sea scallops were the best I've ever had. Our server, Athena, was also amazing. We could not have asked for a more attentive, skilled, or personable server. Athena was so friendly and fun! My only complaint is one of the signature cocktails -- I believe it was called "Kabuki Waves". It tasted like overly-sweet fruit punch from the supermarket. I had to send it back. But otherwise, wonderful meal. I would highly recommend. And sit in Athena's station if you can!

So this is part of level 8. You can either park valet or self park for about $30-$40. Once you park you go through security and sends you to level 8. Once you're there you find your host for the reservations, and for this time it was for Maison Kasai and if you arrive early they will let you into their speakeasy bar until your table is ready and once it's ready the host will take you through a secret door into the restaurant. So all tables seems to have the same size and if you want to be the most comfortable I don't recommend more than 6ppl but it can fit up to 8ppl they will just put seats on the corner. There you are greeted by the waitress who will explains things to you and get you drinks and take your order , we went with the set dinner menu which was more than enough. Once order is taken the chef comes out to cook your food and put on a little show , nothing crazy. The food was absolutely amazing but I do have to warn you, it's SALTY! So let them know to go easy on salt or no salt and have them give you salt on side. Alcohol was perfect and delicious , the bar is in the same room so it's easy to get up and get your glass. Can't wait to come back here and discover the other places.

Went for dinela. Checked in at the little hostess room and then waited inside of Mr Wanderlust. Props to them for being able to recognize every party since they come in to the bar and get you when your table is ready. You have to wait for the other groups in your party to arrive before being seated. Not sure if they do this every night but there was a magician going around doing card tricks before our chef came out. That was fun and added to the great vibe. Food was delicious and so fun to watch him make. Definitely worth the $65 dine la price for the food and the show. There was also a shot of sake given to us and a small amusebouche. The waiters were very nice and attentive.

This was my second time at Maison Kasai and i'm definitely going to come back again. Love the vibes of this place, with the cool secret doors and great atmosphere. And it is so interactive with the grills and magician! I sat at the bar for drinks and appetizers. Shout out to the amazing bartender Austin for the delicious drinks. Also great service from some of the other members of staff, like Aaron and Atheana. And all the food is spectacular! Definitely recommend checking this spot out.
